Systems Administrator
RSMB is looking for an enthusiastic Systems Administrator who has an interest in media research to join their team based in Central London. You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum rising to £45,000 depending on degree of relevant experience.
RSMB is a thriving company providing specialist media measurement solutions; we work with a wide range of clients delivering both long-term contracts like Barb and RAJAR and ad hoc projects. Media is evolving rapidly and with it, audience behaviour; we help our clients stay ahead of the game when it comes to understanding, planning, and measuring consumers across media. We are a team of around 50 people, hybrid working based in Holborn, London.?
The Systems Administrator role:
The Systems Administrator will manage our M365 estate with a strong focus on end user compute, cyber security, identity, access management and device compliance. This role requires a self-motivated person willing to work in a team or individually to maintain platform compliance with a proactive approach to innovation and system development.

Key responsibilities as their Systems Administrator will include:
- Managing endpoints using Windows Autopilot and Intune, ensuring security and compliance.
- Administering M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI.
- Developing and maintaining scripts for automation and system efficiency.
- Collaborating with InfoSec for system audits and compliance reporting.
- Managing cloud and on-premises backup strategies and monitor system performance.
- Supporting Azure service integration and handle occasional out-of-hours system upgrades.
What they are looking for in their Systems Administrator:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator managing Windows Autopilot, Intune, M365, Office365 and on-premises predominantly Windows environments.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI) to automate tasks and manage systems.
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure services and cloud management principles.
