The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Operations Executive with experience in an IT reseller, MSP, distributor or vendor environment.
This role sits at the heart of our sales and delivery function, managing IT hardware quotes, coordinating orders, liaising with suppliers and communicating confidently with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate IT hardware quotes
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability
- Ensure correct product specification and compatibility
- Manage orders from approval through to delivery
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
- Respond to client queries regarding pricing, delivery timelines and product specifications
- Raise purchase orders and support invoicing processes
- Maintain CRM accuracy (WorkflowMax, HubSpot or similar)
- Manage workflow/order systems
- Monitor live orders and proactively resolve issues
Experience Required
- Experience within an IT reseller, MSP, distributor or vendor environment
- Proven experience preparing hardware quotes
- Experience managing orders end-to-end
- Strong understanding of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking, peripherals)
- Experience liaising with suppliers and managing pricing discussions
