RTK NEXCAP is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to build and scale strategic relationships across the enterprise cloud ecosystem.

This is a senior role focused on developing partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and enterprise consulting partners involved in large-scale cloud transformation programmes.

You will work closely with partner teams to identify opportunities where legacy infrastructure, financial constraints, or vendor lock-in slow enterprise cloud adoption, positioning NEXCAP as a mechanism to unlock capital and accelerate migration outcomes.

The role involves building senior partner relationships, developing partner-led pipeline, and embedding the NEXCAP platform and engagement model within the cloud transformation ecosystem.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development
• Experience working with hyperscalers, GSIs, or enterprise consulting firms
• Strong relationships within the enterprise cloud ecosystem
• Ability to develop partner-led opportunities and influence large transformation programmes
