We are seeking an Executive Researcher who is intellectually curious, commercially aware, and passionate about leadership search.

• £36,000 base salary + discretionary bonus up to 45% of base salary

The Role- Executive Researcher

• Map markets and identify target organisations and senior talent.
• Source and engage executive-level candidates via direct outreach and networks.
• Build longlists/shortlists with detailed profiles and research insights.
• Support the development of search strategies and client deliverables.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment.
• Prepare reports, briefing notes, and talent intelligence summaries.
• Track search progress and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Monitor industry trends and leadership movements to inform search work.

The Ideal Candidate- Executive Researcher

• ABB minimum at A-Level or equivalent
• Top 20 University degree
• Internships/ commercial experience highly sort after but not essential
• Career driven
• Confident and excellent communication skills
