We are seeking an Executive Researcher who is intellectually curious, commercially aware, and passionate about leadership search.

- £36,000 base salary + discretionary bonus up to 45% of base salary

The Role- Executive Researcher
- Map markets and identify target organisations and senior talent.
- Source and engage executive-level candidates via direct outreach and networks.
- Build longlists/shortlists with detailed profiles and research insights.
- Support the development of search strategies and client deliverables.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment.
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, and talent intelligence summaries.
- Track search progress and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends and leadership movements to inform search work.
The Ideal Candidate- Executive Researcher
- ABB minimum at A-Level or equivalent
- Top 20 University degree
- Internships/ commercial experience highly sort after but not essential
- Career driven
- Confident and excellent communication skills
