The Role – Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment is all about connecting talented candidates with exciting career opportunities.

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in:

• Defining job roles and required skills
• Sourcing talent via job boards, social platforms, and referrals
• Screening CVs and shortlisting top candidates
• Conducting interviews and assessments
• Managing the selection process and offering roles

• Supporting new hires throughout onboarding
