The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and qualify high-calibre candidates
- Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
- Headhunt top talent using LinkedIn and recruitment tools
- Build candidate pipelines and market maps
- Conduct candidate interviews and meetings
- Generate leads and win new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Develop your personal brand within your market
Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate (2:1 or above)
- Background in sports, competitions, or extracurricular achievements
- Proven work ethic (part-time work, internships, or leadership roles)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
