The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a trainee, you’ll dive straight into the action:

• Cold calling potential clients and candidates, building relationships and handling rejection like a pro
• Guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process- offering expert support and negotiation
• Attending client meetings, understanding what makes the perfect hire
• Researching your niche, staying ahead of market trends in your tech vertical
