I am exclusively partnered with a market-leading Go-To-Market recruitment firm that builds elite tech teams for some of the biggest brands in the world; including AirBnB, Apple, Uber, and Amazon. This is an exceptional opportunity to train under seven-figure billers, earn commission on top of your base salary, and realistically take home £45k+ in your first year.

You will be working directly with the two founders, who have a proven track record of developing top performers: they have produced ten £100k billers in under three years. With an established office in Austin and a brand-new office launching in New York, there are exciting relocation opportunities for those who want them.
This is a global role: you’ll partner with clients across the US, Europe, and Asia, giving you the chance to travel internationally for meetings, events, and client visits

What the role entails: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent
- Build and maintain relationships with VERY impressive clients, proactively winning new business
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement
- Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
What you need: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A degree from a top 50 university
- Confident, personable, and ability to form long-lasting relationships
- Previous commercial work experience (sales experience is a plus)
- Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve success
- Motivated to become a BIG earner
- Competitive mindset, ideally with a background in sports
