Data Quality and Systems Assistant Apprentice

An exciting opportunity for a Data Apprentice to join the team based from Glasshouse College in Stourbridge or Argent College in Birmingham. With the Trust rapidly growing in size, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team. Benefiting from a fully funded and structured Level 3 Data Apprenticeship programme. Duties include: supporting the Data, Quality and Systems Managers with regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as quality assurance checks.

Role

The Role: 

As a Data Quality and Systems Assistant, you will receive on the job training and support whilst providing first line user support to staff as required using the management information systems, including dealing with operational problems such as password resets and account setup. 

Duties will include: [but not be limited to:] 

  • Support the Data, Quality and Systems Managers with regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as quality assurance checks.
  • Monitor and respond to issues raised in the centralised support system.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new projects.
  • Support the design, development and maintenance of the Trust’s management information systems.
  • Support with the submission of statutory returns, such as the Individualised Learner Record (ILR).
  • Support for dealing with user problems on the data management systems, including training staff to create, amend and maintain reports as requested by Users and Managers.
