Information Technology Delivery Manager

Contract Role: Outside of IR35

Role Overview:

The IT Delivery Manager will be engaged on a contract basis to ensure the successful launch and early‐stage scaling of new AI Dubbing product. This role is focused on rapid alignment, structured delivery and removing blockers across Commercial, Sales, Language Delivery and Tech so the product can move smoothly from development into market delivery. The contractor will establish the ways of working, create and execute the delivery plan and drive cross‐functional collaboration to ensure the product lands successfully with customers.

Because this work directly supports our AI Dubbing initiative, it would be beneficial to have experience within the Media & Entertainment sector and you must understand industry workflows, production cycles and stakeholder expectations to ensure the product is operationalised effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and drive collaborative ways of working across Commercial, Sales, Language Delivery, and Technology to enable a smooth and successful product launch.
  • Create and execute a structured delivery plan that aligns all functions around shared milestones, technical readiness, and customer‐scaling requirements.
  • Establish the new playbook for how RWS operationalises and launches new products, ensuring a consistent, repeatable, and scalable approach for future initiatives.

Skills required:

  • Ability to align Commercial, Sales, Language Delivery and Technology teams around shared goals and ways of working.
  • Skilled in building structured delivery plans, managing dependencies and driving progress to key milestones.
  • Experience taking products from development to launch, ensuring technical readiness, customer onboarding and scalability.
  • Ability to design, document, and embed repeatable frameworks and operational playbooks for future product launches.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex delivery requirements, manage expectations and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
