We exist to transform and serve the sport we love; building a next-generation, agile platform that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. Our technology makes processes easier and more efficient, so that trainers, owners, and everyone involved in racing can spend more time creating value and less time on administration.
We’re looking for a senior-level engineer to play a key role in completing, scaling, and supporting our core digital hub, a platform at the centre of the sport’s future. This is not just a build role; it’s an opportunity to take long-term ownership of a critical system and shape how it evolves.
The Opportunity
As a senior engineer, you will:
- Help complete and stabilise our core platform (“the hub”)
- Take ownership of its long-term performance, scalability, and evolution
- Introduce modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development
- Work closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to drive meaningful change
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead development of modern Angular front ends for our core platform
- Own and evolve the user-facing layer of the hub
- Work across the stack with .NET and Azure
- Help complete and productionise the hub
- Introduce modern front-end practices (state management, testing, performance)
- Apply AI-assisted development approaches
- Collaborate closely with product/design teams
- Mentor and support other engineers
Tech Environment
- Frontend: Angular (core focus)
- Backend: C#, .NET Core APIs
- Cloud: Azure
- Platform: Power Platform & Dynamics
- DevOps: CI/CD, Azure DevOps
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Angular (recent versions)
- Solid experience with C#/.NET
- Experience delivering production-grade front-end applications
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and UX
- Comfortable working across the stack
- Interest in AI-assisted development
Bonus Experience
- Power Platform / Dynamics 365
- Data platforms / SQL
- Security and enterprise system design
- Experience bringing systems in-house

Location & Package
- Hybrid: 2 days/week in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire
- Salary: £75,000–£85,000 dependent on experience (Fixed 12 month term initially)
