We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Telephony Consultant to support the delivery of a modern contact centre solution, integrating D365, telephony, and automation tools.

Contact centre telephony & IVR (call flows, queues, routing)
Copilot Studio (bots, IVR, conversation design)
Azure Communication Services (ACS)
Power Automate & system integrations
Microsoft Teams telephony integration
Responsibilities
Configure and deliver xehkeey D365 contact centre solutions
Design IVR, call flows, and customer journeys
Integrate ACS, Copilot Studio, and D365
Build automation workflows using Power Automate
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise performance
