About the Role

Are you ready to shape the future of global radio?

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Radio Partnerships to join our team. This is a dual‐impact role: you'll nurture and grow a portfolio of existing radio broadcasting clients — while also hunting for new business opportunities across the public and commercial radio sectors worldwide.

You won't just manage accounts. You'll be a trusted advisor to broadcasters, helping them solve in-Car Radio challenges. And you'll also be a closer — signing new contracts and opening doors in new territories.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management — Own It

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of customers in different countries, driving broadcaster retention and satisfaction.
  • Build long‐term, high‐trust relationships with key decision‐makers and stakeholders.
  • Get under the skin of client needs and business challenges — then deliver smart, value‐driven solutions.
  • Run regular 1:1 client reviews, share usage insights, and increase engagement
  • Set ambitious goals and champion data excellence: Educate, support and ensure broadcasters provide high-quality station data.
  • Lead the conversation: Organise in‐country meetings/workshops or team sessions — you own the agenda and the room.
  • Collaborate with our Tech, Marketing and Partnerships Team on product updates, status reports, and press notes.
  • Create impact at scale – Assist in producing regular, valuable and impactful communications to broadcasters through a variety of channels, alongside the Head of Marketing and Comms.
  • Partner with our Legal, FD, CPO, and CEO on new agreements, and with Finance to keep payments on track.

New Business Generation — Win It

  • Jump into pitch conversations for both core products and exciting add‐ons.
  • Own the onboarding process for new clients, making their first experience with us exceptional.
  • Get hands‐on throughout pre‐sales, development, testing, and post‐launch.
  • Join our international events and drive some networking there.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years of B2B account management or sales experience — ideally within radio, media, or entertainment.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Consultative selling skills that uncover hidden needs and present irresistible solutions.
  • Top‐tier communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self‐starting mindset with genuine commercial fire in your belly.
  • Familiarity with the radio industry or other media sector – huge plus.
  • Familiarity with data and tech solutions (automotive, mobile apps, other tech platforms) – a strong plus.
  • Fluent English (additional languages? Even better).
