Senior Network Architect / Head of Networks (London)

Radius is seeking a Network Architect / Solution Consultant to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of both internal and customer network infrastructures. The role ensures the delivery of secure, resilient, and scalable network services that meet evolving business and security standards while delivering related products and services across EMEA.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of network architecture, driving innovation and standardization across the company.
2. Acting as the company's senior authority on network strategy, policy, and technical governance.
3. Owning network projects, including procurement, budgeting, and security assessments.
4. Building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing network team.

Qualifications:

1. CCNP, CCIE certifications.
2. Deep understanding of Windows Server, TCP/IP, routing, SANs, Active Directory, firewalls, and system monitoring.
3. Proven experience designing and managing resilient, secure, high-availability network environments supporting internal and customer services.
4. Strong grasp of network security best practices and technologies, including firewalls, segmentation, intrusion detection/prevention, and encryption.
