Job Description

Sales Engagement Manager plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and customer engagement. This role bridges marketing, data science, sales, and customer success by developing strategies, processes, and tools to increase sales productivity, improve communication with prospects, and optimise sales journeys. The SEM ensures that sales teams have the right content, data insights, and engagement tactics to close deals efficiently and maintain strong client relationships

Sales Enablement & Strategy

    • Develop and implement engagement strategies to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with marketing & Data science to create and deliver targeted campaigns and personalized outreach.
    • Partner with sales leadership to design contact cadences and frameworks.
    • Use CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Tableau) to automate and optimise sales processes.

Performance Management

    • Track and analyse engagement metrics such as contact rates, conversion rates, opportunity creation & conversion.
    • Report insights and recommend process improvements to leadership.
    • Collaborate with sales to determine effective engagement techniques and  best practices.
    • Lead regular performance reviews with all key national stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment across the buyer journey.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for sales enablement and engagement optimization.
    • Gather and share customer feedback to inform content creation and product development.
  • Technology & Tools
    • Manage and optimize use of sales engagement platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools that enhance sales productivity and engagement quality
    • Project involvement – Call capability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years sales management experience and/or sales enablement  
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong grasp of sales campaigning and performance measurement
  • Understanding of customer lifecycles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or change management projects
