Job Description

The role of the Technical Support Advisor is really important to us. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in the field of Telematics. You will be working directly with customers to investigate and resolve technical queries with their telematics system.

We would love to welcome you to our Arden Square, Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be:

  • Resolve existing customer queries through investigation, problem solving and resolution of queries.
  • Contacting customers directly ensuring they are kept up to date with all outstanding queries
  • Ensure all technical queries are logged and kept updated until issues are completely resolved
  • Ensuring details of each issue is logged to enable root cause analysis
  • Supporting engineers while onsite to ensure telematics equipment is functioning before leaving site
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a technical support role
  • Problem solving skills and an understanding of data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and able to prioritise well
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience of working on a CRM system, preferably Salesforce 
  • Telematics experience would be desired but is not essential
