FP&A Manager

Rapidly growing PE owned Technology business based in London are on the search for an FP&A Manager join their high performing team.

The role will report in to the Head of FP&A and own all financial planning and analysis processes , put in place new systems and to provide insight and analysis to the wider business.

This role will pay between £75k and £80k plus bonus, great benefits and hybrid working.

The main responsibilities are:

• Production and ongoing development of reporting packs to Leadership team and the wider business.
• Management of the budget process and ongoing tracking and management of the budget with key stakeholders.
• Cash flow analysis and scenario planning on a rolling basis.
• Development of KPIs across the finance function – providing insight and analysis to Leadership team.
• Business Partnering with Regional Finance Directors / Decision support – ad hoc analysis and scenario planning with key stakeholders.
• Board reporting – production of Board reporting packs on a quarterly basis.
• Development of systems, processes and reporting packs.

Candidates must be/ have:

• An experienced FP&A Manager or Senior FP&A Analyst looking to work for a rapidly growing business
• Qualified Accountant with experience in FP&A
• Minimum 4 years experience in FP&A
• The ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing PE environment
• Strong analytical and systems experience
• Great communication skills
• The ability to influence
