Fully Remote (UK) | £65k-£75k + great bens | Full-time

This role will move quickly and start as a 6 month contract before becoming permanent!!

Radley Green is partnering with a global tech company to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing PMO. If you're an experienced delivery professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows how to get things done through others, this could be the role for you.

The role

No two projects look the same here - you could be running a market launch, a pricing migration, an operating model redesign, or a major system implementation. What they have in common is scale, stakeholder complexity, and commercial consequence.

This isn't a role for someone who needs a clean org chart before they can get moving. You'll need to build trust quickly, create structure where it doesn't exist, and mobilise people across the business without direct authority. Your ability to influence matters as much as your delivery skills.

What you'll be doing

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects from initiation through to benefits realisation
• Build trusted relationships across all levels and keep stakeholders aligned and moving
• Lead discovery phases, facilitate workshops, and land agreed scope efficiently
• Design and execute change management plans as part of delivery — not as an afterthought
• Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work to move faster and with greater leverage
• Contribute to PMO standards, templates, and ways of working

What they're looking for

• A strong track record delivering complex, commercially-oriented programmes
• Exceptional influencing skills - mobilising people without line management authority is non-negotiable
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in maturing environments
• Hands-on AI user who can speak confidently about how they use these tools
• Strong change management experience and a self-directed, high-standards approach

Background / experience

• SaaS, research tech, or similarly complex commercial background
• Systems implementation or migration experience
• PMO or multi-PM team experience
• Agile, hybrid, PRINCE2 or APM background
