A leading digital asset trading firm is looking for a Front Office Python Developer to join its London team, working at the heart of the front office alongside traders and quants.

This is a hands-on role in a small, high-impact team, focused on building and scaling the systems that directly support trading, decision-making, and data flow across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

Design and build core trading systems used in day-to-day trading activity
Work closely with traders to develop tools that improve execution, monitoring, and performance
Develop real-time systems and data pipelines to capture and process trading activity across multiple venues
Contribute to trade capture, reconciliation, and position-keeping systems
Build internal tooling and infrastructure supporting data analysis and ML workflows
Take ownership of projects from concept through to production

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience with Python (Python 3)
Experience building real-time systems, data pipelines, or backend services
Solid understanding of SQL/databases
Comfortable working in Linux environments
Interest in trading, crypto, or financial systems
