Full Stack Engineer | AI / Fintech | London | Up to £160,000 + Equity

A fast-growing AI-driven fintech startup is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build a next-generation platform used by leading financial institutions to automate complex workflows and decision-making processes.

This is a high-impact role working across the full stack — from building modern frontend applications to designing scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure — in a product-focused, high-growth environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain modern frontend applications (React / Next.js)
• Develop backend services and APIs (Python preferred)
• Work closely with product, design, and leadership to deliver high-impact features
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the platform
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience as a full stack or software engineer
• Strong experience with React / Next.js
• Solid backend development experience (Python or similar)
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
