Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on building systems that directly run and optimise modern factories. The software is deployed into live production environments and is responsible for automation, real-time data, and operational decision-making.

You'll work across the full stack, from backend services and infrastructure to user-facing tools used on the shop floor. The role offers real ownership, fast iteration, and close collaboration with operators and leadership to solve practical, high-impact problems.

This environment suits engineers who enjoy autonomy, moving quickly, and seeing their work have immediate impact in the physical world rather than purely digital products.

What you'll do:

• Build and own full-stack systems used in live factory operations
• Ship and iterate software directly in production environments
• Work closely with operators and leadership to remove operational bottlenecks
• Take features from concept through deployment with full ownership

Nice to have:

• Strong frontend or UX sensibility
• Experience at early-stage startups or as a founding engineer
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or defence environments
• Experience working with real-time systems or operational software
