Lead Product Engineer (Top Proprietary Trading Firm)

We're partnering with a leading digital assets and technology business to hire a Product Engineering Team Lead to sit at the intersection of Product and Engineering.

This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a small team while owning technical direction across a suite of customer-facing and internal products. You'll work on data-intensive, real-time applications and help shape architecture, engineering standards and product delivery.

We're looking for:

• 8+ years' software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack background (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Go or similar
• Previous team leadership experience
• Experience building scalable, data-heavy products
• Product-minded engineers from crypto, fintech, challenger banks, top-tier startups/unicorns or Big Tech
