Product Engineer (NetSuite)
Product Engineer (ERP Integrations)
London, on-site - $150k–$250k Base + Equity
I'm partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that's transforming a highly complex professional services industry through automation, workflow orchestration, and AI-native software.
They're looking for a Product Engineer to take ownership of a critical integrations platform, with a particular focus on NetSuite and enterprise accounting systems. This is not a traditional integrations role — you'll own the full lifecycle of key ERP connectors, from architecture and implementation through to observability, customer onboarding, and long-term scalability.
What you'll be working on:
• Deep NetSuite integrations (SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript)
• ERP and accounting platform connectivity
• API architecture, authentication, sync engines, and data modelling
• Multi-entity and multi-currency financial workflows
• Python backend development and distributed systems
• Customer-facing technical problem solving
• AI-powered workflow automation
What we're looking for:
• Strong experience building and maintaining ERP integrations
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite, ideally including OneWorld environments
• Experience with SuiteTalk, SuiteQL, SuiteScript, and NetSuite authentication models
• Strong Python engineering skills
• Understanding of accounting systems and financial data structures
• Experience owning products or technical domains end-to-end
• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
Nice to have:
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar platforms
• Background in integration platforms or connector products
• Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or startup environments
Why join?
• Own a business-critical product area with direct customer impact
• Work alongside a small, highly technical team
• Significant autonomy and technical ownership
• AI-native engineering culture with extensive use of modern tooling
• Opportunity to help shape the future of automation in a traditionally underserved industry
Location: London
Compensation: $150k–$250k base + equity
