What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll lead projects from concept to completion—designing, planning, and delivering cutting-edge AV solutions, all while supported by a fantastic, collaborative team. Your technical skills, eye for detail, and leadership will keep projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
- Create project documentation, including risk and method statements and delivery plans.
- Oversee scheduling, engineering works, and procurement of equipment and materials.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial control throughout.
- Supervise onsite works and coordinate engineering teams, programmers, and third-party contractors.
- Ensure quality assurance and contract compliance every step of the way.
- Prepare regular project reports, spotting issues early to keep everything on track.
- Oversee smooth handovers into support services after project completion.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after a motivated, hands-on AV Project Manager who thrives on delivering great results. You’ll be a master of documentation, technically strong, and confident leading teams.
- Proven experience delivering AV projects successfully.
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Visio, CAD, and related tools.
- Excellent communicator—comfortable dealing with clients, consultants, and stakeholders at every level.
- Strong leadership and people skills—you’ll naturally inspire and support others.
