About Raffleverse
Raffleverse is an AI-native marketing company built around a simple but powerful thesis: a raffle on its own is a transaction. A raffle inside a community and a story is a relationship.
We’re building the world’s first AI-powered content engine designed specifically for prize-draw operators. That means serialised characters, episodic storytelling, and community-first content that compounds - driving higher retention, lower acquisition costs, and audiences that genuinely want to come back.
We’ve completed our first workshop phase with our systems and creative partners (Brilliant Noise), we have content live at raffletown.co.uk, and we’re now entering our first phase of live testing and operational rollout. This hire is central to that.
Here is more information on the company, as it is currently in stealth.
The Role
You will be the human heart of Raffleverse’s community - the person who makes the Facebook Group(s) feel alive, who spots when something feels off, and who gives the audience a reason to come back every day.
This is not a traditional social media management role. You will be working inside an AI-assisted content engine that generates the weekly brief, draft posts, and story variants. Your job is to be the editorial quality gate - the human who ensures the content is funny, on-brand, warm, and makes people feel something.
"Only the human has the taste that says - that’s right, that’s ready to go. So you’ve got an agent that’s a showrunner, but you also want a human showrunner. That’s important for quality." - Internal workshop, May 2026
You’ll be the bridge between the AI content pipeline, our scriptwriters, our video production team, and the community itself. You don’t need to understand every part of the system technically - but you do need to be comfortable working alongside it, confident enough to push back when something isn’t right, and excited by what AI makes possible.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Moderation
- Own and run the Raffleverse Facebook Group day-to-day: posting, moderating, responding to members, keeping energy high
- Turn passive followers into active players - drive comments, reactions, and repeat participation
- Spot and nurture VIP users, helping them become part of the engine of the community
- Handle real-time decisions to maintain community safety, tone, and momentum
Content & Editorial Oversight
- Review the AI-generated weekly content brief and daily posts before scheduling or publishing
- Edit, improve, and sign off on AI-generated draft posts across the 40/20/20/20 content portfolio: Story (40%), Community engagement (20%), Trust & winners (20%), Raffle CTAs (20%)
- Work alongside scriptwriters and the video production team to ensure episodic content lands correctly
- Spot the ‘clangers’ - content that is factually off, culturally misjudged, or tonally wrong - and feed clear notes back into the system
- Manage the weekly content calendar, typically: 1 short-form video per day + 5 community posts per day
AI Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Work directly with the AI content engine: reviewing outputs, prompting for variants, and flagging when something feels wrong
- Provide structured editorial feedback that helps the system improve - ‘this didn’t land because...’ is more valuable than a thumbs down
- Act as the quality check in the acceptance and scoring pipeline - content only ships when you approve it
- Build your own AI literacy over time - this is a team-supported continuous development journey, not a day-one requirement
Strategy & Performance
- Track engagement metrics daily (comments, reach, follows, raffle click-throughs) and feed learnings back into the content cycle
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies tailored to the current lifecycle phase (Build: months 0–3, Grow: 3–12, Scale: 12+)
- Contribute to the weekly debrief: what worked, what didn’t, what to test next
- Act as the voice of the community internally - you’re the person who knows what the audience actually feels
Who We’re Looking For
First and foremost, we’re hiring for community instinct. You love the audience - Facebook-native, UK-based, people who get excited about a story and a prize. You understand what makes them comment, what makes them laugh, and what makes them feel part of something.
Beyond that, we want someone who is genuinely curious about AI - not necessarily an expert, but someone who sees it as a tool that makes their job more interesting, not one that threatens it.
Required
- 3–5 years’ experience in community management, social media, or a closely related role
- Strong instincts for tone, timing, and what gets people talking - particularly on Facebook
- Exceptional written communication skills: warm, funny, adaptable, and able to write in a cheeky UK voice
- Comfortable making fast editorial decisions in a high-cadence environment (we post every day)
- Confident giving feedback - to content, to tools, and to the team around you
Strongly Preferred
- Experience working with or alongside AI tools in a content or community context (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar)
- Familiarity with Facebook Groups and Facebook-native content formats (Reels, short-form video, polls)
- An understanding of what a content engine or editorial pipeline looks like - you don’t have to have built one, but you should be excited by the idea
- Experience in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where things change quickly and you have to make judgment calls
You’ll Thrive Here If You...
- Get excited by the idea of being part of something genuinely new
- Are as comfortable editing AI output as you are writing from scratch
- Have the confidence to say ‘this isn’t right’ - and the clarity to explain why
- Love an audience and feel a genuine pull to make them happy
- You are a thoughtful, conscientious, self-starter, you won’t be micro-managed
- Like the idea of being part of building a business from the ground up
- Want to grow your AI skills and see this as a career accelerator, not just a job
Working With the AI Content Engine
This section is important. We want to be upfront about what this role involves so the right candidate can self-select in.
Raffleverse operates a multi-agent AI content pipeline. In practice, this means:
- Every week, the system generates a content brief: themes, draft posts, story arcs, and community prompts
- You receive this brief, review it, and work through it with your own editorial instinct
- Scripts for video are passed to our production team (Endless Impact); posts go through your approval before publishing
- After each cycle, performance data comes back in - and you help interpret what it means for next week’s brief
You don’t need to build any of this. You need to be able to use it, trust your instincts about when it’s wrong, and help it improve over time.
We will support you through continuous AI literacy development as part of the role. The system is designed to learn from you as much as you learn from it.
Brand & Tone of Voice
Our brand character is cheeky, sassy, and funny with a UK Northern twang. Think warm and playful, not corporate. Our audience is largely women, 30–55, Facebook-native, and they want to feel like they’re in on the joke.
The community manager is the face and voice of that character in the group. You’re not broadcasting - you’re hosting a party.
What We Offer
- £50,000 salary
- Remote-first working - we care about output, not where you sit
- A front-row seat to an AI content engine being built in real time
- Genuine ownership of the community from day one
- A small, driven team where your work is visible and your voice matters
- Continuous AI literacy development built into the role
- A chance to quickly rise to a senior position in an early-stage business
How to Apply
Send a short note (no more than a page) to harry telling us:
- A community you’ve built or managed that you’re proud of - and what made it work
- Your current relationship with AI tools in your work - honest answers welcome
- Why Raffleverse
We’re not looking for a polished cover letter. We’re looking for the real you. If you’ve got the instinct and the voice, that’ll come through.
