Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive who’s excited to develop their sales skills and take on new challenges. You will work in our corporate sales selling to resell partners insurers, healthcare providers and employers throughout the UK.
You’ll help expand our client base, introduce clients to our systems, and play a key role in driving revenue and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors.
The successful applicant will possess strong sales skills, be proactive in their approach, and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and follow up on digital marketing.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Present and demonstrate our digital products or services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
· Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively to maximise revenue.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and feedback for product development.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
· Create a pipeline of sales opportunities and attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings and expand professional networks.
· Provide ongoing support and advice to client’s post-sale to foster loyalty and repeat business
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Experience
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they possess the following experiences
· You will be self-motivated with a desire to succeed and willingness to work.
· You will have a “can do” attitude and see challenges as opportunities.
· You will have previous experience in B2B sales and an interest in healthcare or fitness.
· You will have a track record of winning new business in b2b or healthcare or HR services.
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
· You will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· You will be proficiency in IT systems, including digital apps, CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
· You can demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines efficiently
· You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective time management skills.
· You will be commercially driven and target-focused opportunities for growth and progression are yours for the taking.
· You will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the ability to travel throughout the UK when required.
