We're now looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at our head office in Cullen.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in the growth of our customer base. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from lead generation through to close - and help drive continued commercial success across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute lead generation strategies to drive new business growth
  • Actively prospect and build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Present tailored IT solutions to meet client needs and challenges
  • Prepare professional proposals and follow up on all customer enquiries
  • Attend face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company targets
  • Identify opportunities to improve or expand product offerings
  • Represent Client at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meeting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and client onboarding process

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, driven, and thrives on the challenge of winning new business. You'll be a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who is passionate about delivering value to clients.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, or account management
  • Strong desire to exceed targets and earn uncapped commission
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter attitude with strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A good understanding of modern IT solutions and technologies
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road as needed
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline

This role is ideal for a true "hunter"-someone eager to build a client base from scratch rather than relying on existing accounts.
