Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a multinational organisation who are recruiting for a Marketing Strategy Specialist, based in London, focussing on the UKI, Nordics and MENA regions.

  • Develop regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives focused on UKI, Nordics and MENA
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within each region
  • Lead the execution of regional marketing campaigns across various channels (incl. webinars, onsite events)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, messaging and KPIs
  • Contribute to written content & copy for multiple marketing asset types as well as the management of event web pages and personalisation of marketing emails (e.g. drip campaigns and list segmentations)
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyse data to optimise tactics, maximise RoI and implement lessons learned in the future
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and suggest recommendations to key stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in campaign management with an IT background, ideally within the SAP eco system
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies across international markets
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation software (HubSpot), Salesforce and collaboration platforms (e.g. ASANA, Optimizely, Trello)
  • Fluent English, with additional languages e.g. Arabic an advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel
