You’ll combine sales, talent acquisition, and business development to grow your desk and deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and develop a client portfolio through research, outreach, and visits.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, assess, and match candidates to suitable permanent opportunities.
- Advise clients on salaries, market trends, and talent strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain compliance with policies and agreements.
- Achieve revenue, growth, and activity targets while driving new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in IT sales, recruitment or staffing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and close deals.
- Commercial mindset with knowledge of mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
