Delivery Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our client Health & Public Service practice immediately. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery (or a major contract component), ensuring we meet and exceed operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
As a subject matter expert, you will combine deep delivery knowledge with strong advisory skills to influence cross-functional teams, solve complex business challenges, and identify strategic opportunities for account growth.

- sEnd-to-End Governance: Lead delivery outcomes to achieve service quality, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to contractual and financial metrics

- .Problem Solving & Decision Making: Act as the escalation point and decision-maker for cross-team challenges, implementing solutions that impact broader business areas
- .Risk & Continuous Improvement: Proactively lead risk identification and mitigation efforts to safeguard project outcomes. Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the service delivery organization
