About the Client

The Role:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of RTSM projects by translating complex clinical protocols into efficient system designs and technical specifications.
• Act as a consultative expert and liaison between sponsor study teams and internal technical consultants to manage randomization schemes and supply algorithms.
• Oversee a portfolio of multiple clinical studies, ensuring delivery remains on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in clinical development or a software development environment, with a specific focus on RTSM/IRT.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical research, including the critical nature of blinding, randomization integrity, and patient dosing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on high-quality outcomes and proactive client issue management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Previous experience working within a CRO or a Clinical Research SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Rave BDC or similar clinical data management systems.
• A four-year degree in a scientific or analytical discipline.
