RPA Specialist (Business Analyst Focus)

Employment: Immediate start for a 6-month duration.

Location: 100% Remote.

Day Rate: £382.50 a day (umbrella).

Evaluation: Candidates must complete a practical assessment, such as building a robot, to demonstrate capabilities. The use of AI tools during the assessment is permitted.

Overview

An end-to-end RPA Specialist role primarily focused on the analysis and design phase of a fast-paced, large-scale automation project, currently defining "transition states" for the Care and Education sector. The successful candidate will help address operational gaps and the substantial need for staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process, including gathering, design, build, test, and support, with a focus on the analysis piece.
• Conduct upstream requirement gathering and process design.
• Serve as the liaison between stakeholders/business people and development, translating ideas and concepts into functional robot capabilities.
• Be capable of flexing and developing when needed to support the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluency in the UiPath platform.
• Proficiency in SQL and Salesforce.
• Experience operating within an Agile methodology, specifically two-week sprints.
