Location: London / Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

Are you a seasoned SQL Developer ready to make an impact in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for a Senior SQL Database Developer to join a major financial services initiative, driving complex data solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams on mission-critical projects.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build and optimise complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Lead ETL development using SSIS and reporting using SSRS
• Develop data-driven applications with C#
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers
• Monitor and improve database performance
• Apply your understanding of capital markets to real-world data challenges

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in SQL development (preferably in investment banking or financial services)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and C#
• Exposure to Azure data services is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for mentoring and stakeholder engagement
