Are you a Technical Product Manager who thrives on solving complex backend challenges at a global scale? I’m currently looking for a strategic leader to join a world-class travel tech platform for an initial 6-month contract (Inside IR35).

This role is perfect for someone who views developers as their customers and enjoys turning high-level business goals into robust technical roadmaps. You’ll be working on distributed systems where latency, reliability, and system health are the top priorities.
The Core Mission
You will act as the bridge between business leadership and engineering teams, optimizing backend ecosystems and enhancing the developer experience. Your goal is to ensure that software services interact seamlessly in a high-scale, global environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in Technical Product Management or leading Developer Experience (DevEx) teams.
- Backend Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architecture.
- Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: You use data to identify system bottlenecks and prioritize long-term system health.
- Location: Remote flexibility, but must be able to travel to Manchester when required.
