Key Responsibilities

  • Communications: Act as the main contact for program queries, providing timely information to all stakeholders.
  • Finance & Admin: Process and track invoices, training sponsorships, and qualification requests in strict alignment with company policy.
  • Data & Feedback: Collate and analyze program feedback and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Respond to learning-related requests with a professional, customer-service mindset.
