Located in Bradford, West Yorkshire, this co-educational secondary school and sixth form serves a diverse community of learners aged 11 to 19. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
• Enhanced DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS clearance registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• Deep understanding of the UK National Curriculum for IT/Computing across GCSE and A-Level frameworks.
• Eligibility to Work: Valid legal entitlement to work full-time in the UK.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality IT and Computer Science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Plan and sequence an ambitious curriculum aligned with national standards and academy frameworks.
• Implement structured classroom routines, such as modelled examples and "exit tickets," to ensure robust knowledge recall.
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages high standards of behaviour and respect.
• Support the academy's leadership specialism by embedding character-building opportunities within IT lessons.
• Differentiate learning resources effectively to meet the diverse academic and pastoral needs of all students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent's evenings, and wider academy-wide initiatives or extracurricular clubs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and learning support teams to champion pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
• Keep up to date with technological advancements and safety guidelines to ensure a modern, secure digital learning space.
