The objective is to design future-state models that deliver efficiency, alignment, and risk reduction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate process understanding and uncover integration or optimisation opportunities.
  • Produce clear process artefacts (e.g., process maps, data flows, procedure notes, RACI updates) aligned with established design and governance standards.
  • Define future-state "to-be" processes aligned to strategic integration objectives, regulatory requirements, and business strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, Operations, Pricing & Underwriting, Risk, Technology teams, and external partners to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Identify and assess risks, control requirements, and operational impacts during the design phase of integration.
  • Provide analytical insight to support decision-making, prioritisation, and implementation planning.
  • Support readiness activities, including developing test scenarios, training content, change impact analysis, and contributing to reporting and progress tracking.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven ability to capture and document complex processes clearly and at varying levels of detail.
  • Skilled facilitator able to engage stakeholders from multiple teams.
  • Experience working with process frameworks, methodologies, and tooling (e.g., BPMN, Lean, SIPOC, Visio, Systems Thinking).
  • Solid understanding of risk, control, compliance, and governance considerations in process design.
  • Analytical and structured thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in insurance, Pricing & Underwriting, or operational functions desirable but not essential.
