Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a highly skilled and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to join a Technology & Digital team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a significant technology transformation, supporting the transition of the German platform business.

Over the next six months, you will work closely with teams across the UK and Germany to drive the technology strategy and ensure the future technology estate aligns with business objectives. This project involves complex activities including data center migration, security enhancements, application development and coordination across corporate functions and third-party partners.

Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

• Lead and coordinate project delivery, with a specific focus on managing technical migrations and operational changes
• Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow to drive service delivery and incident management processes
• Manage project pipelines, high-level estimations and business cases to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Deliver continuous change through Agile practices, providing robust governance and MI reporting
• Oversee product delivery across multiple international locations, working effectively within virtual, diverse teams
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships with strong communication and conflict management skills
• Ensure rigorous task allocation, monitoring and review from initiation to closure

Essential Requirements:

• Essential: Technical experience in delivering ServiceNow projects
• Proven experience in project pipeline management, estimation and business cases
• Strong background in managing product delivery across multiple locations
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Solid experience in financial management
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to quickly pick up domain knowledge
• A flexible, "can-do" attitude - you are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• German language skills are advantageous but not essential
