Sales Enablement Specialist

We are partnering with a market-leading global financial and business management software organisation in their search for a BPO Enablement Program Manager. This is a 12-month temporary contract (with high likelihood of extension) based in London, offering a hybrid working model and a daily rate of up to £365 per day via umbrella for the right person.

The Role

Acting as the "enablement voice in the room," you will manage BPO enablement programs end-to-end across third-party vendor partners across international regions. You will hold external vendor partners accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery on the floor while ensuring every partner follows strict governance frameworks, playbooks, and certification standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • BPO Program Management & Governance: Manage day-to-day program rollouts across global vendor partners, co-owning the enablement agenda within regional sales teams and keeping programs on track against agreed milestones.
  • Enablement Playbook & Quality Assurance: Drive consistent QA and sales coaching processes across vendor sites, setting audit cadences and calibration sessions for Team Leaders and Quality Assessors.
  • Train-the-Trainer & Onboarding: Train vendor partners to deliver onboarding, sales methodologies, and product training to standard-enabling external teams to facilitate directly without internal oversight.
  • Capability Assessment & Up-Levelling: Assess partner enablement capabilities against internal standards and drive plans to up-level external trainers, quality assessors, and instructional designers.
  • Stakeholder Management & Impact Validation: Own relationships with internal sales leaders and cross-functional teams, bringing data-driven insights to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and tracking metrics such as time-to-proficiency, quality scores, and certification rates.

This role could be right for you if you have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Partner Operations, or L&D Strategy, with proven experience managing third-party BPO/vendor relationships across multiple international regions (EMEA, APAC, Canada, or LATAM).
  • Speed & Agility: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments-able to move with velocity, be scrappy, and drive results even when information arrives incomplete.
  • Instructional Design & QA: Strong understanding of instructional design guardrails, facilitation standards, and "coaching the coaches" frameworks.
  • Data Literacy & Influence: Skilled at using data to prove business impact and capable of influencing external vendor leadership without formal line authority.
  • Collaboration & Team Fit: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a adaptable, highly collaborative, team-first mindset.
