Business Development Manager

• Full-time or Part-time | £25,000 - £35,000 basic | OTE £60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding this companies customer base by driving new business across a wide range of industries. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle-from lead generation and relationship building, through to closing deals and delivering tailored IT solutions.

• Developing and executing lead generation strategies to win new clients
• Building strong relationships with prospective customers
• Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Recommending IT solutions and preparing bespoke proposals
• Attending client meetings and confidently presenting solutions
• Negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed targets
• Acting as the face of the business to new markets
• Identifying opportunities to enhance our product offering

• A self-motivated and driven individual with a proven "hunter" mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-both verbal and written
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
• A solid understanding of modern IT and tech solutions
