Procurement Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to serve as a critical partner for their global business operations.You will be the driving force behind the procurement lifecycle, ensuring that international teams across Marketing, Services, and Technology are equipped to succeed. - Strategic Execution Ownership: Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for international stakeholders, independently managing multiple concurrent requisitions and contracts from intake through completion.
- Contract Development & Quality Control: Lead the coordination of drafting and reviewing MSAs, SOWs, and amendments. You will ensure every document is accurate, compliant, and aligned with commercial terms, acting as a final check to reduce downstream risk.
- Operational Mastery: Execute and track workflows within ERP and Source-to-Pay systems, ensuring all data and documentation are audit-ready and captured with precision.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build deep rapport with Marketing, Tech, and Services teams by providing proactive updates, clarifying requirements, and resolving potential delays before they require escalation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and recommend practical, scalable improvements to procurement processes and templates.
Who You Are
- A Seasoned Professional: You have 7-10 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing execution, or contract management.
- Systems Savvy: You have hands-on experience navigating complex ERP and Source-to-Pay systems and understand how to drive data integrity.
- An Independent High-Performer: You are comfortable operating with minimal supervision, managing high volumes of work without losing accuracy.
- A Relationship Builder: You know how to partner effectively with Legal and Finance to navigate complex contract workflows and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Detail-Oriented & Relentless: You have a reputation for following through on every detail and maintaining momentum across all active requests.
Qualifications
- Required: 7-10 years of relevant procurement or contract management experience.
- Required: Proven track record of managing purchase requisitions and contract execution in a global environment.
- Preferred: Experience supporting Marketing, Professional Services, or Technology categories.
- Preferred: Coupa experience is highly desirable.
- Preferred: Familiarity with vendor management fundamentals or consulting/internal advisory experience
