Product Safety Administrator - Technical Quality Control
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Product Safety team in Witney. This is a technical administrative role focused on the quality control of returned medical technology. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every device is documented accurately, enabling our engineering teams to maintain the highest safety standards in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical assessments on returned medical equipment.
Log all findings into internal databases with exceptional attention to detail.
Ensure items move through the return process efficiently to meet strict departmental deadlines.
Adhere to formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure full compliance with medical industry regulations.
Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
A methodical approach with a commitment to getting details right the first time.
Computer literacy, specifically comfort using spreadsheets and bespoke internal software.
Clear written English skills for professional reporting and documentation.
A strong work ethic; no specific medical experience is required as full training is provided.
The Shift & Details:
Pay: £15.99 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
Location: Witney (OX29 0YL moving to OX29 5UX next year)
