We are currently seeking a reliable Technical Administrator to join our Product Safety team in Witney. This technical administrative position focuses on the quality control of returned medical technology, ensuring that all devices are documented to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of returned medical equipment.

• Log findings into internal quality management systems with meticulous attention to detail.

• Manage workflow processes to ensure efficient turnaround times and departmental compliance.

• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet medical industry regulatory requirements.

• Biohazard Waste Disposal: You will handle the disposal of biohazardous materials in accordance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong methodical approach with a commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in computer software, including spreadsheets and internal database systems.

• Excellent written English skills for formal reporting and documentation.

• No specific medical background required; we provide comprehensive training for those with a strong work ethic and experience in administration, retail, or warehouse data-entry.
