Job Title: 1st Line Operative

Location: London (E3)

Contract Length: 6 months initially

Working Pattern: Weekend and Night shifts (4 days on - 4 days off, every 2 weeks on night shift)

Shift Times: Day shift: 07:30am - 6:45pm | Night shift: 19:30pm - 06:45am

Training Period: 6 weeks, Mon-Fri 9-5 (7.5 hours per day) in the office.

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a 1st Line Support Operative. Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for IT support and operational monitoring? Our client is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic 1st Line Operators to join their Service Management Centre (SMC) in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to maintaining crucial road charging schemes.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Visually inspect textual data and camera images to ensure quality and compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, logging faults and directing callers for further assistance
• Ensure services are delivered and contractual requirements and business critical metrics are met
• Navigate and operate the Instation System’s user interface with proficiency
• Troubleshoot problems to enable data extraction and user interaction with the Instation system
• Handle all personal information with the strictest confidence
• Provide feedback on opportunities for improving systems and processes
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management, Health and Safety, and Security procedures
• Monitor and log incidents on our platform, escalating queries as needed
• Manage tickets through the fault management system
• Check live cameras to ensure correct operation
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Outstations, Comms team, and Field Operators
• Address incidents related to street camera issues and troubleshoot traffic cameras
