Global Category Manager, Senior IT Procurement Interim – Global ERP Transformation Program

The Senior IT Procurement Manager is responsible for the Global ERP Transformation Program from an Indirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing perspective. The scope of the role includes responsibility for associated expenditure within the parameters of the role. Specifically but not exhaustively, the Senior IT Procurement Manager has responsibility for stakeholder and supplier engagement activities associated with the Global ERP Transformation Program. The Senior IT Procurement Manager establishes and proactively manages key business stakeholder relationships, influences specification, requirements definition, demand management and Sourcing strategy and approach as well as managing specific supplier performance and innovation activities associated with the Global ERP Transformation Program. The Senior IT Procurement Manager will be based in Croxley (remote) and reports directly to the Global Category Leader, IT Service

Responsibilities:

• Indirect Procurement lead for Global ERP Transformation Program
• Lead and manage the competitive RFP process to evaluate and successfully identify a Business Integration (BI) partner and Systems Integration (SI) partner for the Global ERP transformation program in relation to SAP S4HANA ERP Transformation
• Outcome based IT services contract negotiation
• IT Services Strategic Sourcing
• RFPs, Commercial and Contractual negotiations
• Program Management
• Strong Stakeholder / C-Suite management
• Strong Procurement Project / RFP management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong commercial analysis skills and commercial business acumen
• Responsible for leading and managing the Global ERP Program from an Indirec
• Procurement scope, in co-ordination and alignment with the relevant Global Category Leads and IT Global Category Director and with consideration and alignment of the overall ERP Program timescales
• Accountable for the delivery of specific elements of the IT Category savings targets
• Responsible for the collection of supplier, supply market, category and internal business data and information for elements of the IT Category in relation to the Global ERP Transformation Program
• Managing and leading complex RFX processes, from defining requirements, defining business outcomes, to supplier selection, negotiation, commercial analysis and contract negotiation and execution.
• Contractual and commercial Negotiation of Global multi-year IT contracts with a deep understanding of IT Services agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Experience:

15+ years of experience in a Global IT Strategic Procurement environment and IT services Category Management experience. Experience in leading SAP S4HANA ERP Transformation Programs from an Indirect Procurement Strategic Sourcing perspective. Experience in conducting SRM activity with Strategic IT suppliers and managing the associated risks identified.
