Working as part of a team and reporting to the Director of HR Technology Service Delivery and Global HCM Product Owner, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing Key HR deliverables related to Workday HCM and all core processes. With a customer-focused and professional manner, this role will be the first point of contact for HR Tech queries from our customer base comprising employees & managers at all levels and from all areas of the business.
Duties will include delivering Workday enhancements under appropriate Change Management practices, small projects, educating our people on the use of Workday, and producing relevant documentation in line with agreed internal processes.
Having excellent organizational and administrative skills this person will manage different initiatives, including HR Projects, assuming the role of Functional lead and supporting hypercare activities
Execution of HCM Service Delivery
- Deliver, support, and maintain HCM initiatives, including the implementation of the HR Projects
- First point of contact to our HR stakeholders and customer base for HCM queries
- Provide support to our customer base on all core Workday processes
- Caseload management, responding to HCM queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function
- Escalate tasks to the Global Product Owner as appropriate
- Take initiative and resolve cases to full completion
- Produce relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines
- Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles
- Requirements gathering according to Workday Implementation best practices.
What will you be doing?
- Gathering and document user requirements
- Deliver and implement new HCM solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical HCM issues, suggesting improvements
- Ensuring effective change management and communication
- Managing data and mass data uploads
- Support Workday bi-annual releases
- Organize and Coordinate UAT rounds, write testing scenarios, assisting test population and troubleshoot issues until resolution
- Participating in system-related projects and enhancements under the optic of Workday HCM
- In the short term – contributing to a critical transformation programme and delivering some key Workday changes in HCM.
What will you need to be successful?
- Workday functional knowledge and experience in global projects, data structure and security
- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Security
- Knowledge/experience in Workday Extend is desirable
- Experience with Global HR teams
- Understanding of HR Technology vendors and implementations in multiple markets
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes.
- Effective workload management and prioritization capabilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
