IT Business Analyst Supply Chain Projects

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to support our Supply Chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes and IT systems, with proven experience collaborating with system integrators and internal delivery teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to supply chain operations.
  • - Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
  • - Collaborate with system integrators and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • - Support the design, testing, and deployment of supply chain IT systems.
  • - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define and refine business processes.
  • - Ensure alignment between business goals and IT capabilities.
  • - Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • - Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, functional specs, and training materials.
Required Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • - 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on supply chain projects.
  • - Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management.
  • - Experience with Transportation Management Systems implementations
  • - Experience working with system integrators on large-scale IT implementations.
  • - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • - Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major supply chain systems.
  • - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management System.
  • - Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other enterprise systems.
  • - Experience in global or multi-regional IT rollouts.
  • - Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Solution Manager.
