We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Solution Architecture to lead the technical implementation of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management System (TMS). This role requires deep expertise in SAP landscapes, including integration with legacy SAP ERP systems and other ERP platforms such as Microsoft Axapta (Dynamics AX). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects, working with system integrators, and coordinating internal delivery teams across regions.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA TMS projects, from planning through execution and post-go-live support.
• Define and oversee the solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
• Manage integration strategies between SAP S/4HANA and legacy SAP ERP systems, as well as other ERPs including Microsoft Axapta.
• Collaborate with system integrators, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal delivery teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder communications.

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in SAP-related projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA TMS and SAP ERP systems.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, especially in transportation and logistics domains.
• Deep understanding of integration methodologies between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., Microsoft Axapta).
• Experience working with system integrators and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
• PMP, Prince2, or SAP certification is a plus.

• Experience in supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP deployments and hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.).

Agile delivery experience is advantageous
