Business Transformation Manager
Location: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to Manchester)
Salary: Up to 75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

The Opportunity
Are you an experienced change and transformation manager who operates at the intersection between digital innovation and human-centric design? We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to lead the end-to-end design of initiatives that will redefine digital capabilities and streamline operations.
In this pivotal role, you won't just be "managing projects", you'll be the architect of the future state. You will act as the UK Change Lead within a Global Change Network, ensuring that local execution aligns with ambitious global strategy while delivering tangible commercial growth.
Responsible for:
- Strategy & Design: Lead the E2E design of processes that enhance operations and drive digital evolution.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to uncovering business challenges and opportunities.
- Change Management: Act as the bridge between technical execution and the human side of change. You'll design strategies to ensure new processes, KPIs, and structures are adopted and sustained.
- Stakeholder Influence: Work closely with senior leadership to turn complex business problems into clear, actionable recommendations.
We are looking for a resilient leader who can navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
- Transformation Track Record: Proven experience delivering complex transformation initiatives from inception to value realization.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Lean or Design Thinking principles to identify and solve business inefficiencies.
- People Leadership: Experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data and strategy.
