Cybersecurity Specialist

On behalf of one of our premier clients, we are seeking a high-caliber Cybersecurity Specialist to join their expanding AI & Data Security team. This is a critical role within our client's AI Security programme, designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of traditional infrastructure security and the emerging frontier of Generative AI.

Our client is at the forefront of AI adoption; you will be the technical lead ensuring that these powerful technologies from AWS Bedrock to Azure OpenAI are implemented with world-class security standards.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Network Encryption: Master Proficiency is required. You must have deep expertise in securing data in transit, cryptographic protocols, and enterprise-scale encryption management.

  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) Security: Master Proficiency is suggested. Extensive experience in identity governance, conditional access, and securing cloud identities is critical.

AI & Emerging Technology (Recommended):

  • Secure AI: Expert Proficiency is highly recommended. This includes knowledge of model security, deployment patterns, and the safe operationalization of foundation models.

  • AI Agents: Intermediate Proficiency suggested. Experience in the security implications of autonomous agents and LLM-integrated workflows.

  • Amazon Bedrock & Microsoft Azure AI Foundry: Intermediate Proficiency suggested. Practical experience with these specific platforms and their native security controls.



Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative Strategy: Develop and implement security strategies that enhance application security while enabling AI adoption.

  • Security Governance: Translate platform-specific risks (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) into actionable engineering patterns and governance controls.

  • Assessments & Audits: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities across the AI and data landscape.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle.

  • Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, managing team decisions and mentoring members on modern application security principles.
